Launch 360™ is a product of Led to Lead Consulting, LLC, based in New England and serving clients nationwide.
By using Launch 360 services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which ensure a professional, transparent, and fair working relationship between you (the Client) and Led to Lead Consulting, LLC (the Company).
1. No Long-Term Contracts
Launch 360 operates on a month-to-month subscription model.
You are not locked into a long-term contract. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your services at any time with proper notice (see Section 2).
2. Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any service. Notice must be submitted via email to your account manager or to [email protected].
- Services and billing will continue through the 30-day notice period.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Annual prepaid plans (if applicable) are nonrefundable and remain active through the end of the prepaid term unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Domain Ownership
Launch 360 does not purchase or register domain names on your behalf.
You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain through your preferred registrar (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains).
Our team will assist with connecting your domain to your Launch 360 site if provided with the appropriate login credentials or DNS access.
4. Ownership of Data and Deliverables
Upon cancellation, you are entitled to receive the core business data stored in your Launch 360 account, including:
- Client and lead contact lists
- Website text and image content
- CRM data including notes, communication logs, and appointments
- Email marketing templates and campaigns
- Ad creatives and basic performance reports (if applicable)
This information will be delivered in digital format (CSV, PDF, or ZIP) within 7 business days of the final service termination date.
Certain proprietary workflows, internal automations, or platform configurations may not be transferable due to software licensing restrictions under Go High Level.
5. Access and Usage
You agree to provide Launch 360 and its team with the necessary access to platforms and tools required to deliver your services, including but not limited to:
- Domain registrar and hosting accounts
- Social media business pages
- Google Business Profile and analytics accounts
- Ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
- CRM or automation tools as needed
Failure to provide access in a timely manner may delay service delivery but does not pause billing unless approved in writing.
6. Service Adjustments and Pricing
You may request service upgrades, downgrades, or add-ons at any time. Adjustments will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Launch 360 reserves the right to adjust pricing or modify service inclusions with 30 days advance notice. Clients will be informed via email prior to any material change.
7. Software Platform and Integrations
Launch 360 CRM and its related automations are powered by Go High Level software, configured, branded, and supported exclusively by Led to Lead Consulting, LLC.
Your subscription provides access to a customized version of this platform along with configuration, automation, and ongoing support from our team.
All integrations or connected third-party platforms (such as Stripe, Twilio, or Google APIs) are bound by their own terms of service and may be subject to separate fees.
8. Results Disclaimer
Launch 360 provides high-quality marketing, automation, and consulting solutions but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- A fixed number of leads or sales
- Specific SEO or ranking positions
- Revenue or conversion results
Results vary based on factors including competition, budget, market conditions, and your own business operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Led to Lead Consulting, LLC is not responsible for service interruptions or damages caused by:
- Third-party platform outages
- Hosting or API failures
- Client account mismanagement or lack of access
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Force majeure or events outside our control
In no event shall Launch 360 or Led to Lead Consulting, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Launch 360 services.
10. Payment and Billing
All services are billed automatically via your authorized payment method on file.
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice or renewal. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in account suspension until resolved.
Late payments may incur service delays or additional fees.
11. Exclusivity Policy
Launch 360 maintains an exclusive client policy by industry and geographic service area. Once you sign with Launch 360, we will not accept direct competitors within your defined region.
This exclusivity ensures your competitive advantage and our full dedication to your success.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and creative assets produced by Launch 360 remain the intellectual property of Led to Lead Consulting, LLC until your account is paid in full.
After final payment, you retain ownership of your brand assets, website content, CRM data, and marketing materials.
13. Communication and Support
Support requests can be made through your CRM portal, email, or by text message.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Live chat or emergency support may be available for select plans.
14. Term Updates
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
Continued use of Launch 360 services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these terms.
