Her Story

Suzi’s story begins with service. As a U.S. Navy IT Specialist, she was part of the first class of information technology professionals before the Y2K upgrade. Her work helped modernize digital communication systems and prepared her for a lifelong career in leadership and technology.

After traveling across four continents, Suzi earned her Master’s in Education and spent more than 10 years as an educator. She developed a deep understanding of how people learn, communicate, and grow.

Her passion for leadership and technology led her to create Led to Lead Consulting, now the parent company of Launch 360. From there, she founded Arbor Business Company and Tree Care AI, expanding her mission to help more industries use automation and strategy to scale sustainably.

Today, Suzi and her team of designers, developers, and AI experts help entrepreneurs across the country simplify their systems and grow with confidence.
